Eberly is proud to announce we will be hosting a chef collaborative dinner with Mathew Peters, 2017’s Bocuse d’Or winner and Eberly’s Chef de Cuisine Jo Chan. This event celebrates our partnership with Ranger Cattle and highlights our commitment to locally sourced, quality ingredients. It will be a 6 course large format family style dinner showcasing the best cuts of Texas Waygu beef raised at Ranger Cattle Ranch. Each course will be perfectly paired with some of France’s best Burgundy houses, curated by our sommelier Krista Church.
